Crafted with an optimal 68% hydration to ensure a perfectly open crumb and wrapped in a deep, blistered crust, each loaf undergoes a long, slow cold-fermentation to unlock its full flavor and signature tang.

⚠️ CUTOFF TIME: Because our sourdough undergoes a slow, 12-hour cold proof, all orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically roll over to the following weekend.
